  • This guy is a deouche, he says at the start its not a very good car. I own the previous model which has been nothing but fantastic. Mind you the Australian delivered ones were built in Austria.

  • im actally impresses

  • so beautiful!!! i want one!

  • What an ugly overpriced box on wheels. Stick to big European cars like Volvo, Benz and BMW!

  • @glenniebruce Those are uglier.

  • @zanzalot and more expensive.

  • Consumer Report always been against American cars. What do you expect from those guys?

  • I HATE this model. The 2005 and 2007 are my favorites.

  • This car looks awesome. I really love the way it looks.

  • @JayLookie it is in fact a great car :) and the price is great too! (standard AWD would be nice though...)

  • @mr170000

It's available, albeit a $1750 option, but if you live a Northern climate, AWD can be handy.

  • God it's hideous!

  • Aldino: thats you apinion it doesnt make it correct.

My apinion is its gorgous looking car.

  • This is a really bad looking car.

  • @Aidino123 just because youre jealous you got ripped off on your faggy 7 series doesnt mean you gotta spread the hate towards here

  • I bought this car!

  • I stopped watching right after the first 20 seconds when he said its never been a good car. Your an idiot, yeah they revised it but the 300 has always been an under the radar luxury car.

  • fuck what these clowns say..im the consumer

  • what about the 2001 300m

  • the steering wheel is very important the steering wheel gotta have a good feel

  • why the fuck would u buy the v8 version when the v6 is fast as well, if u wanna the ricans down the street buy a damn charger its the same shit just fast..

  • yikes look at that beautiful wood trim interior rofl no thanks ill take a hyundai genesis

  • @globalk100 I'd rather get this with a Hemi V8 and still have $6,000 left.

  • No mention of the 8 speed transmission in the 2012 model?

  • @singhn77

Check an update that was done recently.

  • That grill sucks!

  • I went to my local dealership today and looked at some 2012 models they have. i noticed that it had a small 4.3" screen instead of the standard 8.4" one. are they doing away with the big screen now???

  • @ntc039468 If you look at the window price sticker with all the standard and options you can see it comes standard with the 8.4, but due to parts shortage the are using the 4.3, which lowers the price too.

  • I disagree, these cars rode very well in the 05-10 models. I own a 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T and it still rides wlel at 130,000 miles. Did it ride like a Lincoln, no, it rode like a Mercedes on which it is based.

  • Obiously this car doesnt compare to a fucking Cadillac which costs $40-70k and this car costs $27-55k? Fucking idiots... And this reviewer obiously likes the ugly ford tarus. The chrysler 300 is a fast fuel efficient large car. ( its getting a 8 speed auto which allows for 31 mpg! With V-6 im gettin a hemi so its getting around 25-26 mpg with a hemi) SWEET!

  • @TheKidNamedRoland The 5.7 Hemi will get 27 to 29 MPG on the Hwy, That's been for years now.

  • The V6 Chrysler 300 has an 8-speed ZF transmission now for 2012 (exact same transmission used in the $120,000 Audi's and BMW's) and it gets 31 MPG.

  • This dude is a Hater! he must work for toyota LOL.

  • Man, this car looks beautiful inside out , look alike Roll R.

  • Comment removed

  • Beautiful car. It's true, the V6 really is powerful and is a nice ride during off hours on the 10.

  • what the fuck is this guy saying the 300 had car of the year twice when it first came out

  • whats the price range for this car?

  • @HockeyFan7374

    $47,000 +

    or £29,000 +

I wonder if they've improved the safety of the car - if you get hit in a side on collision in the old model, you would die from internal injuries!

  • @HockeyFan7374

The base starts at around $27,500, but if you load up the options and add the HEMI V-8 engine, it could go over $40K. The new SRT8 with a 6.4 L HEMI V-8 with the works, you'll be knocking around $50K. On average, if you shop for this with the V-6, average price from $30-35K add $1850 for AWD.

  • @76carmel the msrp for 2012 drops to 26100 and now comes with an 8 speed auto and 31 mpg highway standard. Pretty drastic update and a price drop too.

  • only 363 hp from the 5.7 l v8? come one even the hyunadi genesis has more power than that. way below the competetion.

  • @cardude1992 Yea, but who wants to drive a Hyundau?

  • @cardude1992

    Hyundai Genesis 378 HP @ 6500 RPM / 324 lb-ft @ 3500 RPM Chrysler 300C 363 HP @ 5200 RPM / 394 lb-ft @ 4200 RPM

The Genesis engine was tuned to produce higher HP @ higher rpms, but the difference is only 15, now the torque in the Genesis is 70 lb-ft less, that is why the 300C is still faster, speed depends more on torque than HP. The Genesis also has fake wood interior.

  • 0:39 I'm sure that wasn't the guy reviewing the car

  • I think this car is really beautiful and very well made but only the Lancia one cuz you can see the real essence of the luxury italian cars there instead this one, with that crappy chrysler brand, sux, not many but sux aniway.

  • this is a luxury car? hard to tell since you see them friggin everywhere

  • @luis3826

I'm sure you drive a Bugatti or a Maybach.

  • This is a poor man's Cadillac, but I do like the car,but I think Chrysler could have done a better job on some of their vehicles instead of just giving them a face-lift

  • close the sunroof, your 3 hairs aren't enough to stop blinding me.

  • looks like some cheap chinese car ...........I liked the first generation better .

  • Chrysler should thank Fiat got involved with their company, their cars still look outdated but the interiors have really improved.

  • This vehicle will look great with 22-inch tacky rims, and loud, obnoxious hip hop music blasting from it in front of government housing.

  • @USA4July1776 Hahahaha. Awesome comment.

  • @USA4July1776 Can you get any more racist? Give it a try please Mr. Teabagger we know you can.

  • The man looks like a caveman...

  • @mymodernsims3 Perfect fit for the car.

  • Not a 2012 its 2011

  • @DVShaggy Its also a 2012, especially the SRT8's!!

  • how in the hell did they get a 2012???????

  • Wow, Consumer Reports smoking the tires on a car!

    I'm shocked! o-O

  • this guy looked like he wa sout the night before....his shirt isnt ironed porn star goate, messed up dirty hair...wow...musta been an epic night

  • did this guy just get out of bed? lol

  • you actually purchased this car just to test it??

  • You're not Jeremy Clarkson, quit pretending you are. He's already pretentious enough.

  • Chrysler and Dodge still don't understand..

  • wow looks much improved, only positive things were said about it. I'm real happy that Chrysler rebuilt their lineup cuz they were terrible last year. i'm still waiting that one day when they won't be in last place anymore. looks like that could be soon, though the people who were in second to last place, GM, are rebuilding theirs, too.

  • Nice to see Chrysler is stepping up their game. I drove a 300 rental a few years ago, the quality was crap, especially the interior. I'd like to see how much better it is now.

  • whats the price tag on this baby

  • @MrVbevivinobball2

I think the starting price starts at around $28,000 for the base; now for the one he tested with the Hemi V-8; it'll go in the $40K range. But the base or upper levels have the 3.6L Pentastar V-6 with 292 hp with very good fuel economy and the midgrade levels would average around $33-36K.

  • interrior is good but previous generation's exterior is better

  • Why did they change the front grill? It looks so...ehh

  • Funny he didnt mention the overly heavy doors ... Old people will have a problem with this

  • I want one

  • I always felt Daimler was keeping Chrysler down so not to compete with Mercedes. But now that Daimler has left Chrysler I think we will see lots of better cars.

  • Only 368HP from that big of an engine... What a waste.

  • @reevsaj The HEMI is detuned. Seriously, 368 horsepower is enough for 99 percent of all drivers. Besides, a detuned engine gets better gas mileage. Once the HEMI gets mated with an eight-speed automatic, don't be surprised if it gets around 20 miles per gallon in the city, and close to 30 miles per gallon on the highway.

It won't take much to tune an engine with that kind of displacement up to 400 horsepower, or even 500 horsepower with a supercharger or a turbocharger.

  • it's still a bad car. chrysler was so lazy that they couldn't change the design. just put all the money on advertising to change the views of people. nice try but no. maybe americans like this kind of look... but if this came to europe, i don't anyone buying this.

  • @minibus1351 Desing has been updated and is very classy. Lazy, look at the new Honda Civic and Toyota Camry. All of you people think the Japanese cars are so superior, well they're not, not anymore at least.

  • Yeah, chrysler has really upped their game lately, but they are still along way from what they once were. Thank you for a great review though.

  • Yeah they failed to mention the 8 speed tranny coming soon.

  • The front end of this car looks alittle bland to me

  • Please review the new Chrysler 200 convertible Consumer Reports!!!

  • It's still a pig around corners.

  • what happened to this guy? he looks stoned with that hair and facial hair haha

  • @crimsoninred Must be getting ready to test the next set of razors.

  • @crimsoninred Uh oh If facial hair is the new criteria for stoned-ness I'm in trouble.

  • he gets more bald in every video

  • @NadrianATRS lol, i was just thinking he needs to comb that hair --- excellent comment though made my laugh

  • It's like a more luxurious version of the new charger

  • BURNOUT!!!

  • @xoquixxoqafxo I think this makes this one of crs entertaining review, LOL

  • I love it, the exterior

  • That Lazy 5 speed auto needs to go & pronto!!!!!!

  • Well we know it can eat up tires well...

  • The interior looks a lot better, but there are still lots of cheap parts.

  • @Lexuslover123 Please point out the offending parts. Thanks.

  • @Lexuslover123

    Explain, please...

  • ugh looks like shit especially back.

  • looks like a Cadillac with Audi head lights :)
