I don't think he had a bad attitude. He dismissed the band because as a solo musician, he had no experience with a band. Its a lot more complicated with a band, each note and beat has to be in sync. and josiah's style isn't always in a perfect beat. He slows and picks up the beat alot, it's hard to do with a band.
