last comment .if a smaller town is for you i would suggest Smithers.check this alpine paradise out.rated the best powder in north america without the bad planning of whistler and no lines.the people in smithers are wonderful and no lines.also housing is still inexpensive.
go North ! where you can find a 3000 square foot house NEW for half what you will pay in VANCOUVER.lots of shopping and the weather here is mucho better in the winter .and if i need a Vancouver fix its only a one hour flight daily.we also have an orchestra, a university and incredible recreational opportunities.also the highest average income in the Province.with money to spare.

i was once a 'Vancouver is the only place in the world ' guy but my eyes have been opened to the wonders of the north and the whole province.
