@manueldefalla87 when The Doors toured in 1968, Robby Krieger ALWAYS played it on an electric guitar; thats what I attempted here on this video, I was not trying to cover Leyenda or Asturias by Isaac Albeniz, in which case I would have used a classical guitar. as for it being played on an "untuned guitar", guess what,I just did!

If you put an equal sign between espanol and gitano, any spanish-castillian would take your comment as an insult. Sorry. (Tell any spanish from spain that espanol significa gitano, y yo te aseguro que te van a matar.) The Doors just changed the name from the original Gypsy Caravan into Spanish Caravan, lest their plagiarism would have been too obvious.

Good work. The song that The Doors originally inspired the beginning of the piece from is a pre-flamenco gypsy piece, played heavily in flamenco, called "Carabana Gitana." It's always nice to hear it played - in this form as well. I think both Carabana Gitana and the Spanish Caravan are very underrated and little known pieces.

play that song on a busy street for awile, and sooner or later you'l have enugh for a classical guitar.
