(2 months) I never ate beef/pork before, all my life I only ate poultry, and fish occassionally, but I cut out sea food 4 years ago. N.e way i've cut it all out, and its been good, but I still want to do better with my fruits/veggie intake. What is your exercise/activity life like?
When I first started my journey I would just go outside and walk around the corner. My around the corner was probably 1 mile. I did that consistently for a while then I moved to the gym. I would workout from 30 minutes to 2 hrs. Today I workout roughly 45 minutes a day.
My advice to you would be to just get started doing something. Start slow and build up. Everything helps!

Thanks Sis! I know all about the soy but to use it as a transition food it has to be better for you than animal products shot up with growth hormones, antibiotics and only God knows what else. I definitely don't recommend anyone eat those items long term. It is something I used to help me transition. We both know that Fresh is best! I will make a vid on the dangers of soy.
