  • the top guy wouldnt happen to have a big ass parachute in case the rope breaks does he?

    That shit is scary

  • @YayoCummins No. Wouldn't do much good, anyway.

  • This type of ex/insert is for situations in which a landing extraction is not possible. It is neither quick or tactical and only really used when traditional extraction is not possible.

  • anyone think to take a paper airplane? sweet vid looks like fun...

  • Most of the viewers are COD MW2 addicts again..... as they miss a button which shouldn't miss.

  • how does it work?

  • sweet video. brings back memories from Camp Pendleton. Semper Fi

  • Man, that looks like fun. And what a view too.

  • id be scared as hell at first but it would be fun after a while

  • Dude, the name is Special Patrol Insertion Extraction, not Special Purpose Insertion Extraction. It was invented back in 'Nam for rapid insertion and exfil of sf patrols...

  • @MrLolzy hes the one whos doing it

dont you think he knows what hes talking about?

  • @MrLolzy some unit in Viet Nam may have had the abbreviation as meaning it S. Patrol I.E., and today it is called S. Purpose. I. E. It's the same thing. Just like SWAT used to mean "special weapons attack team" and now generally is taken to mean "special weapons and tactics". A Marine Expeditionary Unit also used to be called a Marine Amphibious Unit.

  • @earthpigg Lotsa changes since ol' 'Nam.

Yet SPIE is essentially the same whatever the name, so let's just say HOOAH for the boys :D

  • @MrLolzy HOOAH

  • CH-46 Sea Knight! Got to fix it's big(er) brother the CH-47 Chinook for the Army! 15u10 Hooah!

  • must look ridiculous from the ground XD

  • A simple image search confirms that.

  • holy fucking shit thats some fucking awesome!gotta try that some time. ooorah!

  • nice. hooyah
