i got a problem i added winterboard on my iphone 3g and put as a wallpaper and it dose not show and its all blackaround

does any1 knows how to prevent mail and phone running in the background, always when i open SBSettings and click processes, there running, when i delete them there and open SBSettings and processes again, there back. i have an iphone 3g on 4.2.1 (no multitasking features installed).

i want to prevent them from running cause they use RAM and makes it a bit slower.

SSH turns SSH on and off and Its not an app so nothing opens. Since you don't know what it is you obviously don't need it.

@differenceisbest dude u just have to fully poweroff ur ipod by holding the power butten for 5 secs and then slide and then turn back on. it will work i have 3.1.3 it worked for after i did that

@crxwizard your prob doing a tethered jaillbreak. that means you cant turn off your device when you jailbreak it. in order for you to not have to jailbreak agian. you have to download sbsettings from the Rock application. it will make a soft restart instead of a complete reboot. try this.
