The Institute for Cetacean Research has released their 2008/2009 kill figures for their whale slaughter in the Southern Ocean. They slaughtered 679 Minke whales of their targeted 935 and they only took one endangered fin whale from their targeted 50 whales.

No I understand what you are saying. However, it HAS been proven that it was Sea Shepherd which was responsible for those 300 plus whales being saved.

Generally, the Japanese not only meet but exceed their quota, if unhindered. They were pursued by Sea Shepherd relentlessly, and when they were running they were not whaling.

Be informed: The Japanese have never published any peer-reviewed research findings on their so-called research missions. They are doing it for the money. Period.

So you understand that other factors such as weather or broken whaling ships will reduce the kill amount, yet you still insist that the Sea Shepherd were still 100% responsible for the whalers missing their quota?
