you have to turn on advanced shaders in the graphics menu.

@Tylerthedork i have the same problems. its caus emy graphics card and vid card aren't setup to take it. if they were, id run about 2FPS

@EaAddict360 haha, the reason mine wasnt is b/c i didnt have it set right. and my computer can easily take the highest setting, but my internet is a 3mps air card from alltel (now verizon)
