@1liveandlearn11 I assume you haven't tried the Sedona method and probably have little or no experience with meditation at all, but I suggest you to try it. You didn't get the purpose of this seance. He wasn't telling people that by doing this meditation they will end all the natural catastrophies and wars in the world. The purpose of this meditation was accept the things in life that can not be changed and to let go anxiety about them to find the best thing you can do about them.
