I do have to say this though. When Craig said that the game was different for it's power ups, he wasn't being sarcastic. Screwattack loves power ups, so much in fact, there's a top 10 power ups video done by Craig.

I'm going to be honest, I like Craig and I love Screwattack. I love the VGV's because they are small entertaining looks at old games, not exactly reviews, if I want a review I go to the website and look under video reviews, not VGVs.

I get the feeling that Craig rarely played video games until he started to make internet videos about them. His bias against Sonic games & utter lack of RPG knowledge downright offend me when he talks like he knows everything about them.

@ResidentialEvil If you ask me, I think Game Heroes is even worse. Did you see their first impressions video on the E3 2010 Little Big Planet 2 trailer? It was biased beyond recognition! Handsome Tom complained that there was not enough gameplay footage, overlooking the fact that it was scheduled for a release in the following year, so showing off final gameplay footage was impossible for Media Molecule to do back then. Because of this, I don't watch GameHeroes videos anymore.

@liveFinalFantasy He also said Luigi's Mansion was shit, even though paid critics gave it an overall score of 7 out of 10, and that there are quite a number of people who actually enjoy the game (myself included). I sincerely doubt Craig even played that game, and I hate to listen to what he has to say about the upcoming sequel. If he ends up bashing that game for biased reasons like the first one, then he's going to piss off lots of people for it, and not even care about it.

To those saying Craig is a bad "reviewer": Video Game Vaults aren't reviews, and last I checked, were never claimed to be. They're just Craig (or whoever's narrating a particular Vault) taking a short look at old games, sometimes sharing some memories of them.

I think its obvious Handsome Tom was the guy with the actual game knowledge from when Screw Attack first started. Craig is just the guy who was cut throat enough to stab his friend in the back to make money off the site (although does anyone watch Screw Attack for anything other then Keith Apicary and the occasional AVGN?).

Have you seen Screwattack's VGV on Trojan? All that one was about how Craig traded his copy of Metroid for Trojan and never got Metroid back. He only talked about Trojan for about 10 seconds and the rest was just whining about irrelevant shit. I'd love to see a riff on that.

The review wasn't too bad, it was pretty vague though but VGVs aren't meant to be in depth anyway. I don't have any problems with Stuttering Craig, I'm not a fan of him anyway. I just don't the radio disk jockey voice he puts on and I disagree with his stance on 3D Sonic games.

Not sure about kids today but when I was a kid in the 90s I knew about Felix, I even had this game on my Game Boy which was the first game I ever beat. Good times :)

The way he is talking about Felix that "You probobly don't know who this guy is" sounds like nobody knows him. A cartoon character who was around since 1919 'till 1995...that along shows how popular Felix was. Though it was overshadowed by Mickey Mouse, the popularity of Mickey didn't last that long, people still remember him since he is Disneys "mascot" which is now popular because random shows I don't care.
