Its true, everyone has the beast mode. I dont think there is an explanation. It happens maybe once every 4-5 games for me. But when i do, its like an adrenaline burst, nothing else around is seen. Marshawn Lynch is able to tap into his body's survival instincts consciously. This pumps up his adrenaline levels, and also causes many of the limiters that the body normally uses to prevent injury to shut down, because in a normal person, all that matters is survival. That's also why he calls it "beast mode," because he's not thinking about his running, he's just doing it automatically.
