It's real cause the cat's claw got stuck on the toy. Anyone that is that ignorant to put a cat toy on a fan for ammusement should have one finger tied to a string and slung around just so they can see how much it hurts. The poor cat could've been severly injured by either it's claw getting ripped out or it's arm getting ripped off! Soooooooo not funny and extremely cruel.
