  • Being torn to shreds by a woman who can turn into a panther would be much more bearable as long as this song was attached. It fit the remake perfectly.

  • Saw this too in Milton Keynes..electric!!!!

  • 0:50 is so epic..

  • Earl Slick on guitar. It's not his solo. The late and great Stevie Ray Vaughan was the guitarist on the album but refused to tour with, as he called Bowie `The Duchess'. Slick is good but SRV is GOD.

  • !!!!

  • Saw the tour at Milton Keynes lots of great memories and yes i am that old, still he is a cool dude

  • Ye GODS that guitar player can shred. What a solo.

  • he reminds me of will ferrell in zoolander with his hair like that, good song

  • bowie seriously has sooooooo many amazing songs. Not as big a fan of most of his newer stuff but god damn he was just knocking out hit after hit.

  • Gosh

  • That was almost the weirdest movie I've ever seen.

  • @grimlegacie You Bet, "Cat People" was a sick puppy! Only perhaps David Cronenberg at his absolutely weirdest could top it! Like maybe "The Brood" or the remake of "The Fly" or if you have the nerve, "Videodrome"!!!!!!

  • MERAVIGLIOSO!!!

  • la penso proprio come te!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • basterds

  • I had no clue Bowie sung this song.

  • great! guitarist but the Cats broadway dancing thing is a bit much

  • "It starred Nastasia Kinski, John Heard and Ed Begley Jr. The only thing I remember enjoying about it was this song...."

I remember enjoying Nastasia Kinski .....The ultimate cat person.

  • I rmember seeing this movie in theatres. It starred Nastasia Kinski, John Heard and Ed Begley Jr. The only thing I remember enjoying about it was this song....

  • Is Nils Lofgren playing the guitar in this video?

  • Earl Slick

  • Nope, were Earl Slick and Carlos Alomar

  • I loved this in Iglourious Basterds:)

  • They say that the Binary Star Sirius (Dog Star) has a planet that harbors more than one group of humanoid, humanoid cats and humanoid dogs.

    That's some SIRIUS moonlight.

(just to confuse matters more, the DOGon tribe of Africa claims they were visited by a dolphin or (fish) headed humanoid race who claimed they were from Sirius)

  • Amazing ! voice. David Bowie

SEE These Eyes So Green, I can stare for thousand years .... &&& !

    He Soo Cool

    Love,

    Teri

  • Also at the end f lastest Tarentino's film "inglorious Bastards" ! Not the same period ! I was surprised t listen to this antological song of 1983 in a 1944-scene !

  • CAT PEOPLE ...HELL YEAH>>>

  • who is the original guitarist for this song?

  • Lead guitarist on the Let's Dance album was the late Stevie Ray Vayghan.....

  • David Bowie has been respected and cool throughout his career and how many people can you say that about.

  • 50,000 Stars to Bowie and Earl Slick the Cat Guitarist

  • Of course this one's a stunner/ Thanks for posting it...

  • where can i get this song - just audio version. The same performance.???

  • In a Music Shop!

I think we don't support our fave Musicians enough, we don't buy enough of their CDs, we download, download....but nothing's better than a good old record, vinyl especially, or an easy scratchable CD.

    Mag

  • Earl Slick reminds me of Mick Ronson back in then 70's vids with David. Just the way he moves around.

  • Earl Slick is A guitar God, I would give my left nut to play half as good as him.

  • The Moroder/Bowie version was so much better than this generic rock version...LETS DANCE was the beginning of his decline...

  • Very nice singing here - good song - and great trousers...

  • Incredibly sexy voice.

  • I almost dare to say this is one of my favorite Bowie songs.
