There's a lot wrong with your comment. First thing is you mentioning personal ideas. Abstaining from sex and Christianity are not advocated by everyone, and by no means make someone more respectful than another. Second: it's acceptable to sport attires, like body art and baggy pants when the time is right. If you appeal to adults, you can do any legal thing you want. If you appeal to kids, you should be moderated to be appropriate for the undevelopped minds. Simple as that.

They're more respectable because they're true to their morals- They don't try to grow up too fast, they know that they're still young, and unlike other artists, enjoy their life goofing off and such. It doesn't nessessarily mean that they're better than any band in a way, of any sort, but you can respect them.
