Here, in Poland u can drive this thing (50cm3) only at your own risk. It's simply illegal, but if you know cops I'm sure they'll let u drive. If policeman gets on your tail, he will probably give you the ticket for not having any homologation (few times more to pay than a chinese pocket bike is worth).

very true, he aint as fast as he saiz, couse you can hear the motor top out a tad at the end of the video and well I doubt that anouther 20mph would be coming outa that lead slead
