Markath is my nemesis city, its to the point where it is screwed up with the bounties that i dont have to pay it. I have a 20k+ bounty. Markath is weird. No guards left.

@XxTheMaverick - From the Boethia shrine. The book that tells you its location is all over Skyrim, and a 'devote' will attack you at about Lvl 20 if you have not gone there yet, he will have the book. Go there, do the quest - armour!

@XxTheMaverick its one of the daedric artifacts go back about 30 episodes and you may be near to where he finds it maybe eeven 40-50 episodes
