Duuude, I actually bought these for VHS when they came out, considering It was my first time painting and I thought it would be a good idea. Mind you, I haven't improved in the bounds that I would like, but it is still an excellent guide.

WOOT Capoeira is awesome. Not sure if it's just coincidence you have the shirt on but the art is so fascinating to watch. There's a group of people who do it at Montreal's tamtams every sunday during the summer.
