hey hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got great 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.
I love this, its not that bad. I'm gonna do this every day in the evening. I will do my regular exercise in the am. As well as if i go away i can always do this anywhere else when not at home/

there are many core strengthening workouts that don't involve your back to the floor, like a rope crunch for example, or planks, side planks, elevated leg raises
When you are building muscle you lose fat at the same time. There is no one or the other. Also you cannot target fat removal from one area of your body. Only muscle gaining. The thing to remember is, the more muscle mass you have, the more fat you will burn. You can't pick one over the other.
listne people, you can build muscle, still keeping or producing fat, fat burning, dose not happen with routins of less than 5 minutes long, if you wonna lose fat, there is no easy way, you have to have exercises of run, swim, cycle_ect_above 5 minuste_and the longer the more fat that burns_, (and pay attentio, don't kill your self by the first days, increase it gradually) and then you come to this rutines for building muscle,and make fat burning in that sepacial areas of body more consentrate,

i heard side to side movements widens your waistline b/c you are expanding the oblique muscles, but i want a tiny waist that goes right in!

it does my shoulders more than anything...
I can feel it a little so it must take a long time of doing this to get a good workout UNLESS you have some decent weights.
I didn't have weights when trying it so it wasn't enough.

for all the exercises you have to make sure your doing all the work/pulling with your abs your arms are only there for support
