I guess interesting, or maybe its meant to be interesting. The eye has a general meaning wanting and having the ability to see everything. the crown might have a reference to having power in a high place also a religious one. the other round thing i think means that its a group but all this is common sense. Personally I believe nothing I only take on different points of view...
