I love how the lab checks her over, and checks his own position to be sure he isn't the cause of squeals; ultimately feels nervous about her vocalizations and begins grooming just in case it's some smell of his that is disturbing. Seems like when she takes him in her grip he feels like it's indicated that he should move. Which he does and sits obediently and waits for further instruction. Labs are the gentlest, most sensitive, and most noble dogs.
I had a black lab mix that just passed away three weeks ago that was the easiest dog to train and smart as a whip. They are the sweetest dogs and I pray yours lives as long as ours did at 15 years.
