Ugh! Good job, man! You really filloed me up with disgust and pity for you as only a professional could do. Just one question: How exactly did you do that with your fingers?

Thanks! I appreciate it. It's actually pretty simple. Since it was around halloween when we shot this, all of the costume shops had fake hands for sale. I just found one that I could hallow out, filled it with little sticks of white chalk for bone, and fake blood. Then . . . we shoved it in a blender. Haha.

@RedHandedRejects Anytime! :-) I already thought that you were using a glove or something similar. The only problem is that we don't have so much of these specialized shops here in Germany as there is no real Halloween culture so I wouldn't so easily find an appropriate store. However, I wouldn't dare to steal your idea anyways... ;-)

Definitely take a look online! I'm sure you can find something more realistic and cheaper somewhere. And, don't worry, go for it. I'd love to see people use the effect! I'd be flattered :D

Thanks! For the opening it was the Sigma but the rest was shot with my friends lens. I believe it was a Tamrom but I can't quite remember the details on it. I'll post back after I ask my friend.

Thanks a lot! Not a strange question at all, I try to use whatever fits the tone of each film I do. I can't quite remember the name for that one, but it was in my Final Cut Pro X selection. I may have downloaded it online as well, you can find a ton of free fonts available online, and they're pretty good too!

Cool stuff! I see you're using a lot of SMOOTHCAM (or the FCPX stabilizer filter?) can be a bit distracting at times but on some shots it really works. Good gross-out special effects! Happy halloweeenn

Thanks! Yeah I was using it more as a creative tool if anything in this. I knew it gave it kind of a jello-y look and I did it for more shots than I needed because I wanted to show his crumbling mental state. Thanks for all of the compliments!

The first shot was great. That's how I knew it would be good. Some of it was a little to shaky/wobbly. The ending was really gross! And I liked the way it turned around at the end. I'd give it a 7/10.
