  • Oh, my mom told me how they made her run every single day and how much she hated it. I always told her I would have liked to experience education in Nigeria, but that I understood that they wanted me to stay here.

  • @c00lwatter

and then, I'm reminded of the water buckets. Yup...the water buckets...

  • @c00lwatter I didn't know you were Nigerian. I've never met anyone who said they would've wanted to go to school there. It's a very good learning experience. You can still do your Youth Service there, which is a program for young adults who are joining the workforce in Nigeria. It's run by the military, but it's much worse than a typical boarding school. Honestly, I would never do it but my brother has. Look into it, though.

  • I clapped :D...you should have enjoyed that moment at the end more (I guess you did internally), well done!

Was the teacher/moderator a small guy or are you pretty tall?

  • @wonderpope aww thanks : ). I'm fairly tall but I wear heels a lot. He is also fairly short.

  • Great Job!!

  • Wonderful Speech! It Was Very Interesting I Could Sit Down And Listen To THe Whole Story..

  • You did a great job girly. lookin like a pro. loved it!

  • @yagurlbubblez thanks ; )

  • Walking through one's fears is an internal quest for growth in the spirit! Imagine one's fears as a movie set house! A VERY large house! The analogous fear/house is only in one's mind! But the COURAGE to overcome is an individual walk that no one can do, except that person! Just meditate to gain the faith and courage, then walk up to your fear/house and walk through the door! THEN one will find that the house was just an illusion in one's mind! The "house" has no reality once the door is open!

  • @nobby481 thanks!

  • Na i couldnt do that, I'd be to self conscious start stutering and my throat would dry up. Fair fucks to ya its not something I could do.

Your really tall or your lecturer is really tiny.

  • @mark0032 It is something you could do, if you gathered enough courage to mess up until you got better. I realized public speaking isn't about "perfection" or impressing people; it's about giving something of value to your audience and, in this case, practicing for your own betterment. I am reasonably tall, but I also wear high heels almost everyday. He is just below average height.

  • @Niyz3x I didn't do "fine", I was excellent. Thanks anyway.
