i got another one today, and i still think its mostly luck and almost no skill involved. Of course having a good strategy and skill helps achieve the medal but in order to survive that long you need some really stupid adversaries and luck by having them avoid picking up power weapons and cronftonting you to stop your spree. Sure, some skill involved, but a lotta luck too.
