  • I absolutely believe in Steve's vision, he is sincerely honest. This is his life, his image, his passion. He would never take it for granted.

  • R.I.P, Steve

  • I don't understand the title .

  • jailbreakme.. trolololooo :D

  • 00:45 "DO NOT LAUGH AT ME MORTAL"

  • Does anyone know where we can see the full interview??

  • @darrenmars - it's herewww.youtube.com/watch?v=EPKF_gEQY2k

  • Apple = 卐

  • @djhowa your post is ridiculous and juvenile.

  • Does any body know what show this is?

  • Gates, Jobs, Page, Schmidt, Zuckerburg

The reason why America is so great.

  • He looked so sick in this video , I mean look at how skinny his ankles were.

  • Well in that case we are in complete agreement with each other. this kind of slave labour by western companies is a disgrace and also damgers our own econmy and workforce. you are quite right about loads of comapnies doing this.Corporation have no morals, no social responsibility and no compassion. all they care about is the bottom line. thanks for your reply

  • he looks so unhealthy here.. can feel he did not felt good

  • damn steve your missed :(

    R.I.P

a great leader,a great visionary and a great human beeing

  • dont mix issues. i am myself not a lobbyist. the people in china do not work for apple. they work for companies which takes contracts from apple. and you know that. stop this blind hate comments. they could get the work done by appointing more people, but that coasts money. that means reduced profits. companies like apple just collect the order and pay the money. now how the product is made should not be their headache. its the question of local governance..
  • i wish this man was still alive, i would love to ask him how he can claim to care about a kid being stalked with phone location data when his chinese ipad factories in china have suicide nets around them because the conditions they work in are so awful they would rather die than work for him.

  • @TheJimzsta oh, come on. Apple is not the only company that uses or contracts FoxConn for manufacturing, and they're working on it, and at least are trying to do something about it, the other companies havent even opened their mouths. Do some research before you actually care about them.

  • @JonasHSM why are you so quick to defend apple?? got an apple product have you ??? i havent so im entitled to my opinon. and by the way i never said that apple was the only company using slave labour did i??, the conversation here is about apple not any other company. what gets me is how apple have used slave labour to get ahead for years, but now its public, they claim to be investigating it themselves, thats like a murderer investigating his own crime . its a joke but im not laughing

  • @TheJimzsta I'm not trying to defend them, sorry. What i mean is that this has been happening for years in so many industries, its ridiculous, and everyone seems to bash them for being such a public thing, I think we should look at every company/industry and not only them. Not only Steve as you say. At least they're doing something about it.

  • ALOTTALOTTALOTTALOTTALOTTA

  • howd that guy do the swatstika???? any help please

  • @Etech619 Copy paste it... it's not hard..

  • This is an offhanded response to the discovery that apple clumsily stored coordinate triplets in unencrypted areas on iphone, and spanning multiple gen upgrades when it wasn't necessary. Continually uploading them to apple on a daily basis. Saying it wasn't that accurate while ignoring the fact that anyone can run algorithms to get the mean values, and thus track individuals habits, where they go etc. He's quite deceptive and clever at spinning it to look innocuous by appears to be protective

  • "privacy means people know what they're signing up for", in that tiny window that no one reads, lol. "I'm an optimist, I believe people are smart." - In other words the interviewer is the pessimist. Translation, he knows people aren't that smart, yet spins it to appear as he's good guy by assuming people will read everything. Amazing how persuasive and deceptive he is at the same time. Watch his eyes, that intensity is him thinking hard to defend himself. Seems related to Zuckerberg..

  • @sandmoover wow you spend so much energy analyzing and ridiculing a dead man, when you don't have the slightest idea whats going on with this country.... you are a fool

  • @sandmoover No, Steve didn't spin this at all. What he meant by "smart", meant that people/users would be smart enough to understand why Apple products require that much security measures even at the user-end side, and the people who wrote those apps would understand that exploiting these unauthorized app user data, is first of all not right to do but also just made Apple employ more strict security measures, users productivity and ease of use go down, it is a lose-lose to everyone.

  • he was a genius, i hope apple doesnt try playing it safe and boring without him

  • @calabiyou, a genius at brainwashing people, spin, and making things that would mostly benefit apple seem to benefit the individual, when it didn't. Did all that really just go over your head? You really were unable to read between the lines, to glean that it's an advantage for them to hide clauses in the privacy statements? With the 99% likelyhood that no one will read or understand them? It's like praising Zuckerberg for being a genius after he fools you and then agreeing to it

  • Comment removed

  • What he described isn't rare. Android did about the same thing forever. It's simply not possible to get location data without user knowledge. When you install the app you agree with what they're allowed to do.

The praise Jobs is too much considering what he's done. Sure, he's really smart and a great guy. But people praise him like the messiah...

  • I can sense the guy with the gray hair is jewish, he got a big nose.

  • I sheep give it time....when you know it will be too late......for you!

  • He said : I'am an optimist, i believe people are smart !

    Thank u Steve Jobs :')

  • Steve Jobs 2004-2011 RIP

  • I personally prefer he never existed and apple didn't rip off that many people. This is personal opinion, don't jump on me stupid fanboys

  • It is sad to see how fast he aged in a such a relatively short time.

  • Because of you, many more people would be better. R.I.P., Mr. Jobs!

  • Nice delivery of a message (and he does believe in it), but he too often used his skill to enforce Apple secrecy. Does he at some point say "we screwed up on this one - we're sorry"? Followed by a brief explanation of exactly what happened and the risk to users.

  • Steve Jobs is a one in a million.

  • @Macs4everr more like one in a billion

  • @MySkyizBlue More like one in 6 billion.

  • watchin his videos on youtube contain great information about him and the way he thinks and it can help you in your career/business

  • Did this Q. kill Steve Jobs ?

Honest answer to an honest Q.

    From them and..

  • R.I.P Steve. Just admire you so much.

  • Satan came to collect his soul

  • Apple > Samsung

  • @JoSigurd92 these two are incomparable.

  • he looks like leonard nimoy in the thumbnail image

  • Nazi interviewer at 0:15 !!

  • SOPA = 卐

  • Comment removed

  • @The0chabo but ACTA is here!

  • @The0chabo Wrong. It was shelved meaning they can simply revive it.

  • @cyanghost109 Yeah, but who would be that stupid?

"I'm going to support SOPA! Everyone will love me!"

  • Comment removed

  • @cyanghost109 That can't happen.

"If your government shuts down the internet, shut down your government."

    No internet = Riots

  • @The0chabo Riots = The police getting involved. I better be quiet from here, I like to keep quiet about my political opinions on the internet (through public and unencrypted servers).

You're right however, riots will definitely happen.

  • @cyanghost109 So you think all of the police will just follow order and fight against their friends and family?

  • @The0chabo its not dead, the put it off to make revisions, and will reintroduce it.

  • @The0chabo Have you heard about ACTA? SOPA isent dead it was just a distraction so they could pass ACTA. SOPA = ACTA

  • @conapples And ACTA is for the EU. Its not the same thing.

  • Comment removed

  • @slknvgdf The USA signed ACTA as well as several Non-EU states before some EU states even signed. But who gives a shit??? You cant do anything against it.

  • @DerSchachspieler Oh sorry, but I confuse EU with Europe

  • @slknvgdf Still it is an almost worldwide treaty signed by a lot of countries including the USA.

  • @The0chabo SOPA's not dead, just on hold. They're not going to stop trying.

  • @The0chabo ACTA's alive.

  • @The0chabo

    SOPA's not dead.

  • @The0chabo Now there is acta A-hole.

  • @SuperTammi This SOPA and PIPA acts reminds me of what the british did with the Tea or Stamp acts

  • @ao3darkness the swaztica is originally a symbol of peace. The nazi party used the symbol and tainted it.

  • @ao3darkness sheep teen you are. its not the nazis its the hexagram

  • @ao3darkness I think SOPA fits China better than Nazi Germany.

  • diplomacy and nothing else

recently we have almost no choice but give up our privacy only because software is created this way not other way

and what he is saying he is calling awarness with a word of privacy

  • The guy understands things before they even happen. Incredible!

  • whats with the red chairs every time..LOL

  • @DJBJN That's what All Thing's D's chairs look like. These are their chairs, and I don't think most shows buy new furniture for every show.

  • Hes so rite:)

  • @Iliketrains5276 ur inglish es so shit

  • good answer

  • Cancer killed by cancer and/or AIDS. Doesn't get much more ironic.

  • Google: If you were a good person you wouldn't need privacy, the future has no privacy.

Facebook: We sell your freely given personal details to advertisers, who can keep it.

Twitter: While we *will* cave to a subpoena, we will tell you who is after you, and why.

Apple: We think privacy is pretty important, tell us what we can do better, if possible.

  • why did the interview just give a nazi salute to mark zuckerburg!? lol

  • @DjKahle lol!!

  • I've just noticed, Steve Jobs could be a fantastic Stuart Little

  • Comment removed

  • "let them know precisely what you're gonna do with their data"

this is pure non sense my friend.

    in this digital /information age,

strictly no one can know what will be done with your data

  • @astralseeker actually, compared to paper data storage, you can tell lots.

  • God I miss this guy.

  • im crying. i could be there, i could give all just to go back in time and fly there...

RIP Steve Jobs, Worst Person ever, Most Brilliant mind EVER

I hope he is rotting in hell.

  • @PeaceProductions0 Xerox computer really sucked... they should thank Apple.

  • @albertoaranda No because Apple didn't give any of the money they got to Xerox. So they SHOULDN'T have thanked him.

  • @PeaceProductions0 Xerox board of directeurs sad no to the gui en steve bought it

  • Don't blame apple for taking your data. Blame yourself for allowing them.

  • @Dingo2009 like steve jobs didnt cry and complain when microsoft stole windows from xerox first?

  • everything is so true what he said!

  • @loveisbeautiful2 Oh rly? And did u hear about consolidated.db on your shiny little iphone crap? Hmm? The one that checks your location all the time? No? And this guy tries to look good on the other ppl mistakes background? Is that cool according to you?

  • @inferno3031

Dang the trolls are out in force today.

  • @inferno3031 At least they make it known with a huge button to click do not send data or give your permission to send data DUH does Android or Microsoft have that? Mine did not

  • @bd9598

"DUH does Android or Microsoft have that? Mine did not"

Uh yea, when you first activate a android first it gives you the option to disable it.

Poor Apple faggot shown to be a lying sack of shit.

  • He's a Legend

  • @SeanKillz Legend of nothing. A business man and nothing more.

  • @Irefuselol I respect your opinion, although I disagree. Why do you say that?

  • @Irefuselol - not a legend? Go resurrect a company you got kicked out of and then we'll take things you say seriously.

  • thats just it. he's not just that. hes a designer. his asthetic vision for modern technology alone is commendable to the point of the title, "genius". thats what genius is dude, huge scope for innovation and creativity in a given field. this guy has changed a lot of shit, how we live. no exaggeration. i base most of my lifes work around a macbook pro. ive never felt such optimum efficiency and creative potential till i started using this thing.. and thats just one of apples great achievements.

  • @nikezooms Amen!

  • I can see data-mining running rampant now the creator of the beast is gone. What you say big bruuther?

  • RIP Steve Jobs

  • iPhones, BlackBerrys and Androids you name it all of them have zero respect of privacy. LOL specially Google. Every time when someone expose this it gets covered up with "no-no you see is why we do it" and people buy it all up.

  • @asiandawn69

Name one thing about Android, go ahead.

  • The Elite love the deception.

  • overrated nerd

  • That's a shut up call for Mr Zuckerberg .

  • @84utkarsh ur so right, lol.

  • THIS MAN IS A GENIUS.

  • he is very hot..or was :(

  • @balaehnun steve jobs? 0.0

  • GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Basically: facebook fucked up and apple is winning.

  • I really like how he strongly believed that privacy goes first, he has left so much to us, you and I cant even imagine!

  • haha, "I believe people are smart" - your adverts imply otherwise, Apple.

  • he does the Nazi salute at 0:15 seconds. lol.

  • @Brbrry14 lol!!!

  • We take privacy very seriously, in that we don't want you to know how much data we actually collect/track :D

  • @tokesgreens Who says John 14:6 tells me the truth? Who says that the Bible is the truth? The Bible itself? I can't believe that.

  • Apple is better than android.

  • oh jesus. microsoft, apple, and sony just need to get together and create some sort of ultimate computer. iPC(sony tag line here) id buy it in a heartbeat. Id be all like futurama and say shutup and take my money!

  • @xXFr0sty67Xx Thats the dumbest fucking thing ive heard in a while, if Apple didnt concede defeat to the PC platform and Microsoft in 1996 there is no way it will ever happen now. Sony is a non factor completely.

  • watch?v=TGLxjppFqeA&feature=endscreen&NR=1

  • World Y U NO know care about Dennis Ritchie

  • Propaganda.

  • @jbestell Hard to cope with reality eh?

  • @pikken01 I don't believe a word Eric Schmidt or Bill Gates say, either. If you are willing to take the words of a corporate buffoon at face value, that's your prerogative. I'm sure it keeps your life far less complicated.

  • smart but scary....inna more concerned manner!!!

  • is this to early to make a joke on his death? Steve jobs died of Pancreatic cancer, PC fucked him up XD

  • he looks like a monster

  • Geeze, Kara is annoying.

  • From the description: "Apple is not included on the iPhone is. The company says they've never done it, nor that they are going to do it in the future." - Huh?

  • "Privacy means people know what they are signing up for." Facebook clearly doesn't respect privacy.

  • Who are these interviewers? They interviewed Zuckerberg also.

  • iGod.

  • The fact is....They use this stuff, androids phones and all to do and control you....It is something most everyone has and you are being tracked by the government and all and if they want to find you they will through the phone and computer they do not have to chip the human body they did this through the phones, everything digital and all networking and can hack you no matter what. They can keep logs of all your contacts. look on the top of any web page watch your name appear

  • Just look at Jobs mighty stare at 0:45, simply takes the interviewer down to stammering in his question. God that man is impressive...!

  • 2:29, jobs face: 'ARE WE GOING TO BE MOVING IN TO CLOUD BASE"

he looks like he's going to kill someone. LOL

  • jobs=good

    google=evil

  • /watch?v=m0dz0kIW_VE&feature=relmfu

  • yes but will it blend?

  • yeah, hes awesome

  • My left ear enjoyed this.

  • ooh Lord ! i Respect This Man !

  • *caugh* Carrier IQ on android phones *caugh*

  • Steve was a good guy and a legit free thinker ahead of his time. Unlike the Facebook twinks.

  • Wow... Steve just explained the whole reason for natural progression in police state, law enforcement and many many other things by explaining his justification for privacy control, I used to hate these type of guys but now I give great respect for them servicing the needs of the stupid as fuck makority populace who in a vicous circle want this bec
