    Why do Samsung RS21 and RSH1 fridge-freezers have so many problems compared to other brands?

    Are they badly designed?

    I've heard a rumour that Samsung have issued over 200 technical notes to engineers explaining how to fix faults on them in the last four years alone.

    Why do they seem so bad?

  • The fridge/Freezer is only just over 3 years old and it's the newer RSH model yet it still pick out this well known common fault. We went to these people and bought the repair kit followed all the instructions and the special youtube private link. All I can say is "Thank You" so much all the main items were in the kit ie sensor and fan. Once everything was fitted and the machine was re-started the temp slowly dropped down and everything went back to normal operating mode. Thanks again guys
