The only thing that I hated about gta4, was that it was a boring grey/amber colored city. It's like there was this epic fog that covered the city.

Well yeah, but that fully suits the theme of GTA IV - Niko's is such a dismal story & Liberty City is a dismal place.

I think that, that is one of the main reasons why I'm addicted to GTA IV - Because the theme is so strong.

That's Pruit Igoe from Philip Glass. He's probably inspired by late romantic composers such as Verdi and Wagner. Maybe gtavideos thought the same and used it fir that reason
