Phil, you have GOT to ask Kat to try to do a one-arm pullup! I don't mean a wrist-supported one, I mean a TRUE unassisted-by-other-hand one-arm pullup. I have not seen any woman anywhere manage one yet, certainly not on YouTube, but, something honestly tells me Kat has what it takes.
