many players hate that mk16 cuz of the scope, but i love that weapon! fire mode is just addictive. it has power and stability plus add to that the gl attachment
a good tactical player can survive a very long time in solomissions (even coop missions) for arma 1 & 2 and operation flashpoint 1 & 2, so if u wanna give bad comments bout these games u can better learn to play it first and use tactics
u can compare these games with reality enemies can come from all sides (N-E-S-W) and ur free to go where u want u can use enough great tactics to assault an enemy its much cooler & better than just running 1 direction all the time like in COD
comparing operation flashpoint & arma & battlefield with those call of duty, and medal of honor games is the greatest mistake a player can make, those games u can get killed in 1-3 shots and in cod & moh u can just play that game out in 1 hour for example cause u can barely die in it cause u can get spawned at a checkpoint again so i wonder where the fun is in those game
@VineFynn I don't like to compare the two. They're very different games. If you want action packed, frenzy style gameplay, then Black Ops is your thing. If you want challenging, strategy based, extremely realistic gameplay, than this is your thing. This is my thing. I would like to say, though, that even MW2 was better than Black Ops. ehem...

I'll admit that this game is a little slow paced at times however, the first time I engaged a guy with the M82A1, I swear I almost came. The only thing that could have made it more fun would have been if they'd included wind and spin drift.

this game has a very good vibe, walking around behind enemy lines while the sun is going down (really good skies and lapse of time) sometimes kind of gave me the creeps. Its an intense game that requires skill and concentration. Very different from all the arcade shooters, but not bad..at all. 8.5
why do you idiots think its cool to diss stuff? i played through this game, adn though it has some bugs and lacks a few features from arma2, it is a solid tactical shooter. it makes you think and weigh your decisions. nothing too wrong here. i'd give the game 8/10.

If you've gotta scope with range indicaters on it,(Range indicators being the 2,3,4 and 5 under the centre crosshair) use the range finder on the binoculars.
Take note of the range the binoculars lazed in for you, Example: with that number say being, 234 meters, line up your target in between the 2 and the 3 in the sight of the rifle scope not the centre crosshair and then make the shot.

Love this game- got it for PC today and I love it! Bit of a learning curve but once you learn everything it becomes fucking beast. They should make one with the crytek 3 engine, it would be GOTY for sure.

i got this game for ps3 and well there is only 11 or 12 missions I got stuck on lvl 6 hip shot couldn't figure it out so i just told my team to distract the enemy and ran directly in to the compound and placed c4 on something and ran and on the way out i found out that my team had been killed and i was on co-op and my friend said that they kept run out of cover Gay asses

I play ArmA II and other tactical FPS. 1.: This game doesnt have any patch-support anymore. 2.: In the needed points (AI dosnt run in front of guns normally in ArmA II) the AI is stupid 3.: in sometimes its unrealistic (M16 reloading, bullet drop too hard+no correct aiming of the gun, at no point the bullet hits at the point where it is aimed, always underneeth, but normally they are aimed, so the gun will hit someting in 200m distance exactly on the crosshair

A M6 is a 5.56 MM carbine, it causes major wounding and hydroshock. Meaning it dosent have the blunt stopping power to straight up kill ya. So YES the game is right on they will bleed to death, which also happens in game and dosent in MW2, it will not stop you in an instant. The chinese guns however will. And the game simulates that.
@imhigh99 Yes Yes but the m4 has a very tight spray pattern meaning that if i'm aiming at your chest and lets face it i'm here to shoot to kill im going for where your vital organs are now your telling me that im going to drill 10 rounds into your chest and your still going to fight as normal. I've shot enemies on this game they don't even react they still fight as normal and there blood squirts in the air and he has a scar firing 7.62 so that REALLY PACKS A PUNCH AND THEY STILL WONT DIE.
@endgame65 If u'd notice the Scar will kill them in 2-3 the M16-4 or more. You must be shooting them in non vital areas too. Also, they have differant bullet types for differant situations, such as the Scar Stealth wont do shit for damage, but the M16 CQB has great stopping power. Also dont aim for their helmet, more often than not that saves lives =\
@imhigh99 MAN ARE YOU STUPID helmets don't have a kevlar weave it's not designed to take a bullet but more to protect you against things like falling debris and the elements it's not 2-3 shots it's at least 5. The m16 is also chamberd in standard 5.56 NATO and if you've noticed since your so clever all they do is change the sight that why when it says m16 CQB it has a close quater holagraphic sight and when it says m16 marksman it has a long range ACOG sight they don't change the round it fires.

I'll admit that this game is a little slow paced at times however, the first time I engaged a guy with the M82A1, I swear I almost came. The only thing that could have made it more fun would have been if they'd included wind and spin drift.

this game has a very good vibe, walking around behind enemy lines while the sun is going down (really good skies and lapse of time) sometimes kind of gave me the creeps. Its an intense game that requires skill and concentration. Very different from all the arcade shooters, but not bad..at all. 8.5

If you've gotta scope with range indicaters on it,(Range indicators being the 2,3,4 and 5 under the centre crosshair) use the range finder on the binoculars.
Take note of the range the binoculars lazed in for you, Example: with that number say being, 234 meters, line up your target in between the 2 and the 3 in the sight of the rifle scope not the centre crosshair and then make the shot.

Right, cause you know how call of duty games have 122.7 square miles of mountanis and forest terrain, with dozens of villages, outposts and airfields.
Drive / fly any vehicles.
You play this and get shot at (without getting killed imediatley) ,probably lie down prone and crawl in the grass and hope for the best. While the AI is orginizing search parties and scramling heli-copters to find your cowering ass.
Sorry if all games cant be as awsome as fuck'n Call Of Duty: Modern GAY.

i got this game for ps3 and well there is only 11 or 12 missions I got stuck on lvl 6 hip shot couldn't figure it out so i just told my team to distract the enemy and ran directly in to the compound and placed c4 on something and ran and on the way out i found out that my team had been killed and i was on co-op and my friend said that they kept run out of cover Gay asses

It accually is still being used today, let alone in the 80's where Cod4 is based.
It packs more of a punch then an AKM within 250 metres, the 8mm crushes the 7.62 when it comes to stopping power.
The Akm ultimately has more range though.

I play ArmA II and other tactical FPS. 1.: This game doesnt have any patch-support anymore. 2.: In the needed points (AI dosnt run in front of guns normally in ArmA II) the AI is stupid 3.: in sometimes its unrealistic (M16 reloading, bullet drop too hard+no correct aiming of the gun, at no point the bullet hits at the point where it is aimed, always underneeth, but normally they are aimed, so the gun will hit someting in 200m distance exactly on the crosshair

A M6 is a 5.56 MM carbine, it causes major wounding and hydroshock. Meaning it dosent have the blunt stopping power to straight up kill ya. So YES the game is right on they will bleed to death, which also happens in game and dosent in MW2, it will not stop you in an instant. The chinese guns however will. And the game simulates that.

I've shot enemies on this game they don't even react they still fight as normal and there blood squirts in the air and he has a scar firing 7.62 so that REALLY PACKS A PUNCH AND THEY STILL WONT DIE.

@endgame65 If u'd notice the Scar will kill them in 2-3 the M16-4 or more. You must be shooting them in non vital areas too. Also, they have differant bullet types for differant situations, such as the Scar Stealth wont do shit for damage, but the M16 CQB has great stopping power. Also dont aim for their helmet, more often than not that saves lives =\

@imhigh99 MAN ARE YOU STUPID helmets don't have a kevlar weave it's not designed to take a bullet but more to protect you against things like falling debris and the elements it's not 2-3 shots it's at least 5. The m16 is also chamberd in standard 5.56 NATO and if you've noticed since your so clever all they do is change the sight that why when it says m16 CQB it has a close quater holagraphic sight and when it says m16 marksman it has a long range ACOG sight they don't change the round it fires.

Also Helmets are designed tot ake pistol and small chamberd rifle rounds AKA 9mm. So yea they can stop a really tiny bullet. (Not that the riflles in game use them =P) And yes there are variation in bullets, i mean it would stupid NOT to have them.. And NATO bullets again cause wounding, not insta dead peopleoz..
