To those who don't know. This ad has been specifically made (prolly in the 80's/90's) to educate illiterate people from rural India. Hence why the singing and dancing as opposed to explaining pro's and con's. Lecture's about this issue have never worked in the past so this was an initiative to deliver the message in their favorite Bollywood style (song n dance w/e). Which is why it's also in the local language. Condom ad's in the urban areas and the cities are similar to condom ad's elsewhere.
