its looks cool. but the shell wouldn't have been ejected and the arm wouldn't have moved at all if the bullet is moving that slow.

recoil doesn't occur at that rate. If the speed was realistic, then you could potentially dodge bullets.
take a look at some slow motion shots of guns firing on youtube. you'll see that the bullet is traveling much faster than the shell and the arm.
