Why do most m1s not have there shoulder straps? If you rap the shoulder strap around your arm while you shoot it will hold back alot of up recoil allowing you to aim back after each shot.

That guy's M1 needs to be greased properly. You can tell it is not because the brass is ejected all over. A properly greased M1 will toss the shells between 1 and 2:30 if the muzzle is at the 12 o clock position. My M1 was doing the same thing until I got mil spec grease online.
