I really don't think Rose is pregnant. Like everyone else is saying, it could be a dream sequence. I think it's more likely though, as I read on another board, that she's trying to make light of the situation and is teasing him. I don't know... it kinda fits in with her character.

I don't know how to say it, but aren't dream sequences in GA all have a kind of campy and exsaggerating style? You can somewhat tell it's not real at first glance, like George's shower dream in S2 or Mere's threesome dream in S3, even Mere's another dream in 405...

And it's weird because if it's a dream, will someone dream so specifically as Derek is even wearing a scrub cap? S5...So coding...
