Sony went ahead the release the song in 2004, while the film was in it's final stage and was supposed to come out earlier before this year. However, to win the public heart, Sonia Gandhi's daughter brought a law that all film using animals need a certificate of origin prior to release. We had to back-track to get all certificate and that took a lot of time to work up to date. We are finally releasing now on the 5th of December worldwide.
