hey fuckers they dont make a 5.9 they make a hemi 5.7 magnum 6.1 hemi at 427 horses and a 4.7 4.2 5.7---  thats what i got 425hp hemi big block stock 5.7 liter hemi with all bells whistles 38.000 just to start

I own a 2001 Durango and it has a 5.9... Chrysler stopped using the 5.9 in like 2004 when they started using the hemi.

#1 They made a 5.9 from 1998-2003. #2 the 6.1 hemi has 425 hp. #3 there is no 4.2. #4 the only thing closest to that was the 3.7 or 3.9 V6s. #5 the 5.7 only had 345 hp when it started in 2003. Now it has 390 hp. #6 And its not a big block a 5.7 is only about 350 c.i.

@ kmmc1037 how stupid are you? besides the 5.2, the 5.9 is the ONLY V8 truck engine Dodge used for like 25 years DUUUUH! and your shittly little 5.7 Hemi only puts down 340 CRANK HP, 427 would be the size of a 7 liter engine, like the LS7 in the Corvette, but not sure where you got 427 HP from durdedur.....
