Ive been bodyboarding for like 5 years. I have now started surfing on a 5'10" shortboard and its much harder, but also more rewarding. But I still grab the sponge on big days, Im not ready to surf those yet.

i dont really go to the beach often but i dont see why surfers and bodyboarders give eachother so much shit. i bodyboard for fun cus i dont want to take the time to learn to surf. i tried surfing 3 times and i find body boarding alot more enjoyable. so stop giving eachother shit. both surfing and bodyboarding are great sports.
