@ch252525 I gathered that from your first comment.
Perhaps you like Argerich or Michelangeli's interpretations more? Maybe even Pogorelich wowed your taste? I just wanted audio, I got audio. Though admittedly, any recording of this piece with simple accuracy to the notes (with or without absolutely satisfactory musicality) should be applauded.
I've learned piano for thirteen years now, and it'll be another thirteen years before I have any hope of playing this piece. Even so, that's always been the dream!... and in the mean-time, I'm captivated listening to it repeatedly here. Thank you for the upload!
I have tried to play through this piece, and let me tell you now, the score is extremely decieving! There are uncountable crossovers scattered all over the place and awkward hand configurations and patterns strewn throughout, every bit as hard as Islamey in my opinion, much harder than Cziffra's Sabre dance transcription.
just watching her (Lisitsa) perform this was crazy...now, seeing the sheet music makes it unbelievably terrifying. ravel put out some amazing stuff.

I'm not impressed. It says quite clearly in brackets who the pianist is. If you've missed that I don't know what to say...

@ch252525 Strange, I thought it had the pianist in the title.

I don't think that's as hard as Islamey or Cziffras Sabre dance.
