One thing that I thought was needed or would have been great was, that when tess mindwiped lex and told him he only had like 30 seconds left, he could have like drawn the Superman symbol and like scratch it like Alexander/Conner did when he was still bad.... it would have created like a "motive" for his hate for superman on the future...
