His suit also reflects his inside, cold, emotionless and intimidating. After the events of Episode 3, he was left virtually uncaring about his "former self" with only the mind of serving the Emperor now. True he still gets struck with grief now and again, but It wasnt until he learned that Luke Skywalker was his son that he truly began caring.

Vader can't laugh, to laugh you have to be in control of your lungs, vader can't breath without the help of his armor, he can't CAN'T laugh, or sigh or even talk for that matter, the suit amplifies his voice

@bloodblade117 Well, from what see know, Vader does have control over his lungs. He had his arm and legs cut off in the 3rd movie. No where and at no time does he have any damage done to his lungs, or really any other part of his body other than the burns, and if his burns were severe enough to affect his lungs, his heart would have sustained damage as well and he would have flat out died. Also, in the last movie where he does die, Luke removes his helmet, where he can clearly speak on his own.
