Whenever I watch one of these videos, it lags until it buffers and then it plays with the loading circle in the middle, and the time marker thing at the bottom doesn't move at all. Does this happen to anyone else?

This is a YouTube bug from over a year ago that they did not feel like fixing. All of our videos worked fine then they did some sort of an upgrade to their system. As usual they still deny the problem. We found that we need to include an audio track to fix the problem. We do that on all new uploads but we cannot fix the old ones.

this always happens to me too. i have had lots of issues with flash firefox and youtube in particular. these play fine in ie. i think it's an issue with the flash flugin for firefox.

Well, it works remotely well. It loads very strangely, but if I wait for it, it plays fine. I'm using a home built PC (Pentium 4, 1.5 GB of memory). I'm also using fire fox.

@ultraslo Well, I'm using a shitty fucked up computer WinXP with 1G ram and a gcard that doesn't even support pixel shader 2.0

got 70 gigabytes of memory, about 30g of it used etc.

But my processor is really really good, better than most I've heard of.

dude the human eye cannot process 6000 fps. The most fps a human being can see is 30 fps. Clips can maybe be at 6000 fps but it is impossible for that to be visible to the human eye.

In other words, YouTube plays videos back at about 30FPS. This video is 156 seconds. 30 X 156 = 4680 frames. 4680 / 6000 = 0.78 seconds in real time. So, the match was burning for less than a second. Is that about right?
