if De'mond Parker had come back for his Sr season, with Stoops, this game would've turned out differently. but, great game and the Irish won it that day. pity we havent been able to get another crack at ND since then though. but they have a knack for knowing when to schedule tough teams, and when not to.

@Shabutie554 a very ignorant comment. knute rockne was actually given credit for perfecting the use of the forward pass (it was already invented) in college football as both a player and a coach. this was back in the 1910s-1920s. notre dame has won every one of thier titles since then, so you obviously are not very knowledgable on your college fb history, and therefore no one cares about your flawed opinion. amen.

Yeah, I remember. It was Stoops 1st year & we had a 17 pt. halftime lead and choked at the end. We did the same thing @ Colorado this year. I'm looking forward to Notre Dame coming to Norman.

we understand. As much as I hate ND for ending our winning streak forty years before I was born, I really hate seeing them suck. Hopefully when we meet in 2012/2013 we're both kicking ass and it'll be a classic showdown. Boomer.
