The thing with Gypsies is that they do not want to be integrated. The whole culture for them is about non conformity in order to preserve their identity and way of life. The EU has legalized the violent post-WW2 expulsion of 2.5 million Germans (killing 10%) from what is now the Czech republic, by exempting the illegal Benesh decrees from the EU Constitution (charter of human rights).
