I actually just read "Paper Towns" a few weeks ago. I happened to see it at the library and decided it was time that I read it. After I finished I figured I'd read John's other two books. I am currently in the last quarter of "Looking For Alaska". I was up until 2AM last night reading becuase I couldn't put it down. Margo and Alaska seem very similar to me. Both are insanely moody, adventurous, selfish girls. I'm curious about what "Abundance Of Katherines" has in store.
I actually thought the ending was pretty clear. I interpreted it as a goodbye sort of kiss. They realized that at least at that point in their lives, they needed to go their separate ways. Margo needed to go find herself, and Q needed to go back to his normal status quo existence, and go to college etc. That was my take on it. You are a very interesting vlogger, I love discussing books, and as I graduate in 5 days, I will have plenty of time to read along with you. It should be fun.
I just wanted to let you know that during my Thanksgiving break - after three horrible months as a freshmen in Rochester New York - I was able to go shopping on Black Friday. I went to the Manchester Barnes and Nobles and I found Paper Towns. I opened a book and found your note. It's taken me this long to comment you and I'm sorry! But! I just watched your review, and you have me so excited to read it... after I don't fail school. But I just wanted to let you know that your note made my day.
HOLY CRAP! THAT'S AWESOME! Actually I just managed to put that note in the book last week! I really hope you enjoy the book. I also went to school in upstate New York. Where are you a student? And I hope that you pass!
I was so excited, my friend and I both go to school in NY and were home and just were so happy to buy our copies, as late as it is. And your note just made it all that much better. And I go to Rochester Institute of Technology. I'm a freshmen, so I'm only in my second quarter.
ooh oh ! and After I finished reading it, my friend text'd me and she's like " wanna break into the national zoo" HOW PRICELESS IS THAT!?
and me, I think he'll continue it in another book. The kiss was a complete cliff hanger and I was sitting in my bed thinking "ok, did I miss something " lol like really?! Then I thought for a second...um....maybe he blacked out haha Idk I wanted them to be together, maybe they will be.
Ok, I actually finished this thursday afternoon-- I just totally forgot to come back and comment. Otay!!
First off, I neglected to read the description for the book b/c it kind of ruins for me.
I liked this book because i'm one for really long rants. He does that, its almost like I can hear john reading it to me. This book was hilarious. My favorite part has to be pages 252-253.
Did you also write in the margins? I found myself thinking to myself ..alot( what? lol)
WOW, amazingly awesome video. It made me laugh AND think! I've also been thinking about the drinking and swearing in John's books. Great to hear another view and see someone else is thinking about it.

Guest appearance... haha.
Also, I think parents are supposed to bug everybody.
As for the ending, I liked it. It leaves room for you to think what would happen.
