The player worked hard doing all those quests for the cape, and he's forced to do more and more as they're uploaded just to be able to wear the cape! How much time does Jagex think we have?! It's hard enough to get the cape in the first place, we shouldn't have to worry about whether we can hold onto it!

@bouncycomix Yeah well sadly it doesn't work like that. :\ The Quest cape shows that you have done every quest, but if there are new Quest's released that you haven't completed, it makes sense to lose the cape, and seeing as there is usually a new quest released each month, it can be quite the challenge.

@Weeman4013 if you were wearing a quest cape and a new quest came out 2 3 things can happen 1. the quest caps goes to your inventory 2. if theres no room in your inventory it goes to your bank 3. if theres no room in your bank then it goes to the wise old man and when you do all the quests again he will give it back to you for free :D
