What about if say a ability makes a vigilance creature tap? Does vigilance also mean it's immune from being tapped or it can be tapped due to abilities like Naya Battlemage?

Any ability that makes a creature tap will tap a creature with vigilance. That means if you tap a creature with vigilance before it is declared as an attacker, it can not attack.

the card is always right.. if an ability says "tap target creature" you must tap the target creature even if that creature has vigilance

it can still tap, just attacking doesn't cause it to tap

Vigilance does not cause attacking creatures to attack.

Tapping fources your creature to tap.

Yes, it can be tapped. But it doesn't tap when it attacks.

A creature with Vigilance can still be tapped by (or as a cost of) other abilities.

A tapped creature with Vigilance is unable to attack, just like any other creature.

Vigilance only means your creature doesn't tap to attack. It can be tapped by spells and abilities.

What about if they attack with a creature with Vigilance can they still be tapped by Naya Battlemage's tap ability?

The concepts of vigilance and defender are almost too simple to make a whole video about them. But I am glad that Wizards is going back to the basics to teach the new players.
