i found it best way to this so you dont want to keep doing the same thing to get a high % of that potion is to make a few enchant potions at about 8000% then just make a ring and ammy of smithing and alchemy then wen u want that potion just equip those 2 things and u get about a 24k % one xD save the time on searching for alchemy ingredients

@whitemansmagic go to your memory, go go skyrim, delete the update (if there is a physical one in there) then clear your system cache. When you start the game it will ask you to update, say no. It should work.

On PC, this glitch has been removed. 01/30/12. I'm sure that if the update hasn't rolled to the consoles yet, that it soon will be. Sucks, but that's how the cookie crumbles I suppose.

@MrPrototypz Okay...you make sure you have gear enchanted with Alchemy bonuses (the higher the better) on, mix a bunch of Fortify Restoration potions (as many as you can), then set them to "use", then put an Amulet of Talos on, then dragon shout your face off.

@younfellony First enchant your clothes with fortify alchemy, then get a bunch of Abeceon Longfish and Salt Piles. Go to an Alchemy table and (while wearing the clothes) make some fortify restoration potions. Then take off your clothes (in the game...), eat one of the potions, and then put your clothes back on (please). Then make another fortify restoration potion and repeat until it gets high enough. Then get an amulet of Talos, use a fortify restoration potion and then put the amulet on.
