  • I did a whole research report on the effects of energy drinks on the human body. I came to the conclusion that the only thing you have to worry about is the sugar content.

The rest of it is actually beneficial to the human body in moderation.

  • 10-15 grams of caffeine is deadly

  • I read an article that said coffee increases your risk of colon cancer and I also read an article that said it DEcreases your risk of getting it... o__0

  • never once mentions 1 bad thing about coffee and energy supplements.Cons of coffee;heart disease, cholesteral, blood vessels, Heart rhythm disturbances, Blood pressure, Osteoporosis, Heartburn, Sleep, Dehydration and the best one Dependence. I'll gladly send you a list of studies. I can add cons of supplements, but that is a grey area. I do feel some supplements are good for you. Coffee is just something that should be used sparingly.

  • You are in error when you claim caffeine is "nonaddictive." Science has answered that question, and it isn't your answer.

There is a great deal more to the science of caffeine than you presented. For example, you neglected to mention it's a proven carcinogen. Or that its role in plant physiology is to kill insects that threaten the plant. Those are just examples.

I encourage you to view coffee from a balanced perspective, and to think critically about industry claims.

  • @Urgelt I suppose your right I made a mistake

  • I must reply all my videos to this one for the lulz
