  • Well looks like my old friend peq.is on top form with his singing and putting the show together, don't have the time to come on to YT like I used to but nice to hear you when I do.My best regards.Jack.

  • @roswellnwo Thank you, Jack, it's always good to hear from good friends like your good self :)

Hope you had a great time in sunny Spain, better than the dull grey skies we have here at this time.

    Best wishes, Peq

  • Hi Peq good to see you have new songs uploaded.Very good job singing and videoediting!!!Don´t think I´ve heard this one before, but I like most of the Bachelors songs

    like Charmaine and Whispering.

    Kind regards

    Bertil&Kerstin

  • @berrasvideo Hi Bertil&Kerstin

Thank you for your nice comment! I'm glad you like the Bachelors songs, this song was from 1964 I think. They only had a few more hits after that, but they continued to be popular in the UK on TV and tours.

    Peq

  • Unfamiliar with the song, but nice rendition.

  • @bappreciated Thanks, Buddy, appreciate you dropping by my channel :)

  • There was a little hitch in the sound just before your last verse as if it had been spliced in.... maybe it is just a little glitch in YouTube or my computer.

By the way who is Banderuola66? Is she a personal friend or a celebrity.. there's not much about her on her channel.

  • @breezebro No, there isn't an edit in the sound, so I guess it must be down to Youtube. I think there was a glitch in one of the Pat Boone uploads, I'll Be Home, I think.

Sonja, or Banderuola66, as she's known on YT, is a personal friend, and a very good singer/performer. She has an excellent taste in music which I'm sure you'll agree when you watch and listen to her videos :)

  • Nice work Pequinito!

A little edit near the end?

I am not really familiar with the Bachelors work but now I will have to check them out.

  • @breezebro Thank you very much, Steve! You always have such kind words for my videos :)

Yes, it's worth checking out the Bachelors - they were an Irish group who made it big in the UK in the 60s making hits from songs that were oldies even then! Like Charmaine, Whispering, Diane, Ramona. Nice harmonies. It was their cover of S&G's Sound of Silence that was the hit in the UK.

    Cheers, Peq

(btw, I didn't get what you meant by "a little edit near the end"?)
