"This is wierd, bro..." you follow Dunn into the building and take the sightless m4 grenadier and go out the window to get back to Foley, and then you aim at the messenger until he says...

EMP: The light turns out to be from the sy, not the heli, and soon you jolt when vehichles begin to explode, and the you and the other rangers run for your lives as DC falls apart around yo. You halt as a BTR lurches toward you, and then you continue running, even diving over a flaming piece of metal when Dunn tells you to "LOOK OUT!!!". You are then knocked down by an explosion (b button) and then stand back up, then listening to Dunn freak out and Foley yell at him, then...

Intro: Sheperd and Overlord Discuss in the hangar shown what to do about the missle launch.

Ending ofBurning HeliRide: You wake up to see a firefight and spray the russians for attacking DC, but soon Dunn gets winged and you see a helicopter apporach as you are blinded by some odd light.

Space: You look towards the Earth, and then follow orders until the EMP goes off which flings you, leading to the cinematic putting your hands in their original position.

am I saying that the shock is caused by an EMP? no. there is a nuke exploding. that is what's creating the shockwave. but for that you need air. and there is none in space. I'm not saying anything about the EMP itself..

@KinkNAbmx fair enough, well then remember this: shockwaves are created by powerfull forces which push air away. Like explosions. Which is the one reason why you can not have a shockwave in space. EMP only sends an electronical charge through an area. Now I do now know how powerfull one can be but an EMP only affects electrical stuff and can give nice colors on the atmosphere. the particals which cause it would pass through you and would not push you away.. and certainly not at that distance.

@EliteGhost001 Yeah this game reached a new level of stupidity. I mean, I'm all for a little suspension of disbelief... but nothing that happens in this game makes any sense at all. I just can't take it seriously, or more importantly, even ignore it while I shoot some dudes in the face.

@EliteGhost001 All objects in the universe have electromagnetism in this case the Earth electromagnetic waes were scatered causeing failures in electronic devices. The nuclear wave being so large is because Earth gravity isn't forcing all of the energy to go to the surface it sort of have a cone of influence on the xplosion showering the objects and satelite orbiting the Earth.
