I had heard of bat for lashes about 3 years ago, as in the name but it wasn't till june 2009 when i was sitting in my tent next to the other stage at Glastonbury festival that I really got to hear them, I really liked there sound and that was from a distance, and had to get up and go right down the front of the stage to check it out. I was amazed there brilliant and Iv been a big fan ever since.

I met this girl on the internet a few years back (the lead singer) and didn't know who she was, I just thought she was very pretty. Then I saw this on TV, and I FREAKED OUT. I haven't been able to find her since, but just knowing that I was web-friends with such a talented artist is amazing.
